Do Loan Account customers share the same connect with the bank as Savings Account customers do? Perhaps not. It’s only a Loan Relationship, after all! HDFC Bank decided to onboard their Loan Account customers. And we decided to get a smart and friendly mascot for the job. And thus…Eva was born! A series of mailers were created with Eva offering assistance and introducing customers to the various services of HDFC Bank, as "not just your Loan Account…your very own Bank!" Eva gained wide acceptance and is currently being used across a variety of customer communication from HDFC Bank.
