Project Description

The ‘Know Your Bank’ program was an onboarding series that ran a course of 90 days. Aimed at strengthening the relationship with increased deposits by the customer and also cross-selling the various offerings of the bank, the email marketing program establishes a regular and relevant exchange. The welcome mailers introduce details on essential services such as Branch Manager details, NetBanking, Debit Cards, loans and their functions, while subsequent communications raised broader engagements with the consumer’s every need. The campaign maintains a sense of rendezvous throughout, in order to convey the ease and adaptability of the client’s services.
